This book would be a great tool to introduce bullying to children and to inform them on what to do if they or someone else they know is a victim. The book also does a great job at representing diversity through pictures. The information provided in the book is accurate and very helpful.

Reader Response Activity:
Readers can be presented with a bullying situation and respond to the situation with what they would do to help the victim. Children can look back through the book for examples of how to help victims. The book provides information that readers will need in order to complete the response activity.
